摘要
为了改善硅溶胶膜层的开裂性,使用甲基三氧甲基硅烷和KH-570 2种硅烷偶联剂对硅溶胶正硅酸乙酯进行改性。比较了2种偶联剂对硅溶胶膜层的影响,应用金相显微观察、傅立叶红外光谱(FT-IR)、扫描电镜观察等系统研究了偶联剂KH-570对硅溶胶及其膜层的改性效果。结果表明:2种硅烷偶联剂都可以明显减少膜层的裂纹,使其表面更加平整;在同样的用量下,偶联剂KH-570对减少涂层表面裂纹的效果更加明显;加入KH-570偶联剂的硅溶胶体系内由于生成了有机-无机杂化的网络结构而有效地减缓了膜层开裂性,提高了其耐蚀性能。
Two kinds of silane coupling agents(methyl-trimethoxysilane and KH-570) were used to modify tetraethoxysilane silica sol so as to prevent the surface cracking of the coating made from the silica sol.The effect of the two kinds of silane coupling agents on the quality of the coating made from the silica sol was comparatively examined.The modified efficacy of KH-570 for the silica sol and its coating was investigated using a metallographic microscope,a Fourier transform infrared spectrometer and a scanning electron microscope.It was found that both the two kinds of silane coupling agents could significantly prevent the surface cracking,and KH-570 was more effective.The introduction of KH-570 coupling agent made it feasible for organic-inorganic hybrid network structure to form in the silica sol system,resulting in reduced surface cracking and improved corrosion resistance of the coating.
