再生柴油发动机润滑油的摩擦学性能 被引量:5

Regeneration and Tribological Properties of Waste Lubricating Oil for Diesel Engine

摘要 废润滑油的再生利用具有重要意义,目前对其研究尚不够深入。对车辆柴油发动机使用过的废CD 10W-40润滑油进行净化处理得到预再生润滑油,再补充合适的添加剂制得再生润滑油。采用四球摩擦磨损试验机测试了不同再生油品的抗极压性能和减摩抗磨性能,用扫描电子显微镜和能量色散谱仪分析了磨损表面的形貌及元素组成。结果表明:废润滑油的最大无卡咬负荷PB比新润滑油下降36.5%,减摩抗磨性能明显降低;将4%高级复合润滑油添加剂TY补充到预再生油中得到的再生润滑油的摩擦学性能与新润滑油相当;将5%自制的复合添加剂RC加入到预再生油中,所得再生润滑油的PB值较新润滑油提高35.1%,摩擦系数降低30%左右,磨斑直径减小;复合添加剂的加入可使废润滑油的摩擦学性能得到恢复和改善。 Waste lubricating oil CD 10W-40 for diesel engine was purified to yield primarily regenerated lubricating oil.Suitable lubricating additives were introduced into primarily regenerated lubricating oil to provide regenerated lubricating oil.The extreme pressure properties as well as friction-reducing and antiwear abilities of the regenerated lubricating oil were evaluated with a four-ball friction and wear tester.The morphology of worn surface and elemental distribution thereon were analyzed by means of scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive spectrometry.It was found that as compared with those of new lubricating oil,the non-seizure load(P B) of the waste lubricating oil was reduced by 36.5%,and the friction reducing and anti-wear abilities of the waste lubricating oil were significantly worsened as well.The regenerated lubricating oil containing 4% advanced composite lubricating oil additive TY possessed tribological properties comparable to those of the new lubricating oil.The home-made regenerated lubricating oil doped with 5% composite additive RC possessed better tribological properties than the new lubricating oil.Namely,the second regenerated lubricating oil showed a P B value higher than that of the new one by 35.1%,while its friction coefficient was reduced by about 30% and relevant wear scar diameter was also decreased.Introducing composite additives could effectively restore and even improve the tribological properties of the waste lubricating oil for diesel engine.
