摘要 选用复合醇为芯材,以密胺树脂为壁材,通过原位聚合法合成了微胶囊相变材料。探讨了分散剂浓度、芯壳比、乳化剂用量、剪切时间和固化搅拌速率对复合醇微胶囊粒径及分布的影响。制备混合醇相变微胶囊的优化工艺为:分散剂SMA 10%,芯壳比4:1,乳化剂OP-10 7%、乳化剪切时间7 min;光学显微镜和扫描电镜观察,制备的微胶囊形状规则完整,平均粒径为4.648μm,方差0.521,分布较为均匀;DSC测试显示,该样品的相变温度为35.9℃,调温区间为35.9~39.5℃,相变焓为128.2 J/g,是优良的纺织用储能调温材料。 The phase change microcapsules are prepared by in-situ polymerization with composite alcohols as core and formalde- hyde-melamine resin as shell. The effects of dosage of dispersing agent and emulsifier, ratio of core to shell, shearing time and agitation speed on the particle size and the distribution of microcapsules are discussed. The optimum preparation process of phase change microcapsules is: dispersant SMA 10%, ratio of core to shell 4: 1, emulsifier OP-10 7%, shearing time for e- mulsifying 7 min. The morphologies of microcapsules are characterized by the optical microscope and scanning electron micro- scope (SEM). The results show that the microcapsules are regular in shape and distribute uniformly with the average particle size of 4.648 μm and the variance 0.521. DSC shows that the phase change temperature of the microcapsules is 35.9 ℃, tem- perature adjustment range is 35.9 ~ 39.5 ℃ and the enthalpy is 128.2 J/g.
