摘要
用生长速率法测定紫茎泽兰(Eupatorium adenophorum)的4种有机溶剂提取液对禾谷镰刀菌(Fusarium gramincarum)、大豆炭疽菌(Colletotrichum glycines Hori)的抑制作用。结果表明,4种溶剂提取液对2种植物病原真菌有良好的抑制作用,提取溶剂的差异影响提取液的抑菌效果,同种溶剂提取液的抑菌作用随浓度降低而减弱。100.00 mg/mL乙醇、丙酮、乙醚提取液对2种病原真菌的抑菌率为100%。低浓度乙醇、丙酮提取液对2种病原真菌仍有良好的抑制作用。乙醇和丙酮可以作为溶剂用于提取紫茎泽兰有效杀菌活性物质,其提取物可用于植物源杀菌剂的研发。
The study aims to test the inhibition of 4 kinds of Eupatorium adenophorum organic reagent extracts on 2 kinds of plant pathogenic fungi of Fusarium gramincarum and Colletotrichum glycines Hori by growth rate methods. The result demon- strated that 4 organic reagent extracts had effective effects on the hypha growth of 2 kinds of plant pathogenic fungi and dif- ferent organic reagent extracts had some kinds of differences against the same plant pathogenic fungi. And the effect de- creased with the concentration of the same reagent extract reducing. The inhibition rate of ethanol, acetone and diethyl ether extracts could reach 100% at 100.00 mg/mL. Furthermore, ethanol and acetone extracts still had good inhibition effects at low concentration. Therefore, the ethanol and acetone extracts from E. adenophrum could be considered to develop the new plant source bio-pesticide.
