摘要
采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取合欢(Albizzia julibrissin Durazz.)花挥发油,并用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)法进行分析,利用滤纸片法进行抑菌试验。结果表明,合欢花挥发油中共鉴定出16种成分,包括二十一烷(24.762%)、植酮(22.968%)、二十八烷(16.118%)、二十四烷(8.438%)和棕榈酸甲酯(6.689%)。合欢花提取液对鳗弧菌、哈维氏弧菌、灿烂弧菌、高卢弧菌、巨大芽孢杆菌均有抑制作用,其作用随浓度升高而增强。
The volatile oil from flower of Albizzia julibrissin Durazz. was extracted by steam distillation and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The antibacterial activity of extract was determined by the filter paper method. The results showed that 16 compounds were identified, including heneicosane （24.762%）, 2-pentadecanone, 6,10,14-trimethyl （22.968%）, octacosane （16.118%）, tetracosane （8.438%） and hexadecanoic acid, methyl ester （6.689%）; and the extracts showed inhibition against Vibrio anguiUarum, V. harveyi, V. splendidus, V. gallicus and Bacillus megaterium. The inhibitory effects were strengthened with the increasing concentration of extract.
