摘要
印花机是玻璃制品深加工的关键设备之一。为提高设计质量和设计效率,应用虚拟制造技术对印花机整机进行虚拟建模、装配以及运动学和动力学仿真,完成印花机整机性能评估,为机械装备的设计提供了一套行之有效的方法。
Screen printing machine is one of the main equipments for glassware deep processing. In order to improve the quality and efficiency in design, virtual manufacturing technology is applied for virtual modeling and assembling of overall screen printing machine and also for motion emulation, evaluating the function of the overall printing machine, which is a valid measure for designing mechanical equipment.
