摘要
讨论了用X-射线荧光光谱法进行化学成分分析时常规条件对锆刚玉耐火材料中Na2O测试的影响。通过改变条件提高了分析Na2O的准确度和精密度;讨论了锆刚玉耐火材料中ZrO2的光谱谱线,采用Zr的Kβ线得到了较好的测试结果。
The effect of analytical conditions on accuracy and precision of determination of Na2O in AZS refractory is discussed. By selecting optimum condition the accuracy of determination of Na2O can be enhanced. The characteristic spectral lines of ZrO2 in AZS refractory have also been discussed. Better results of analysis were obtained by using Kβ lines of Zr.
