摘要
采用稀酸萃取加碱中和沉淀法从小麦麸皮中提取植酸钙。利用正交法找出了最佳工艺条件:反应温度30℃、水料浸提比8∶1、浸泡酸度pH为2~2.5、絮凝剂为5%的氯化钠、浸泡时间为6h^8 h、中和剂采用Ca(OH)2和10%的NaOH溶液、中和酸度为先用Ca(OH)2中和pH至5,再加10%的NaOH溶液中和pH至7.5左右。
The phytin was extracted from wheat bran by the method of the diluted hydrochloic acid soal with the alkalizing. The optimum conditions were obtained with the orthogonal method. The conditions were as follows: the temperature was 30℃; the amount of extraction solvent 8 : 1; the soaks time was 6h-8h; the soaks acidity pH was 2-2.5; the neutralizers were Ca(OH)2 and 10% NaOH solution; the neutralizing acidity was pH 5 using Ca(OH)2, and then to about pH 7.5 using 10% NaOH.
