摘要
对新发布的有关高压电器的标准GB/T 11022—2011与现行GB/T 11022—1999中的电磁兼容性规定(包括电磁干扰和电磁抗扰性两方面)做了系统比较。按照新标准编排结构—电磁兼容性要求、电磁兼容性试验和电磁兼容性的现场测量,依次指出了新版的所有变化,并对每一项变化的技术背景及原因做了详细解释和说明。希望这种对比分析能有助于行业内有关产品研制单位和试验单位准确理解新标准,从而为标准中电磁兼容性规定的顺利落实奠定技术基础。
A comparison of the EMC specification（including both EMI and EMS） between the Published standard of high-voltage apparatus GB/T11022—2011 and the GB/T11022—1999 is implemented.All changes are pointed out in sequence according to the new version,and the reason that leads to the result is provided synchronously.The comparison may give some help to those who design or test the high voltage apparatus in their work;as a result,it will lay the foundation to the implementation of EMC specification in the new version.
