重冰区输电线路绝缘子选型问题 被引量:8

摘要 输电线路的绝缘配合主要是选择绝缘子型式、绝缘子串片数和空气间隙。根据重冰区输变电示范工程的需求,总结国内外研究现状和大量试验结果,比较了多种大吨位瓷绝缘子和玻璃绝缘子的覆冰闪络特性,利用所得结果选取了重冰区输电线路悬式绝缘子型号及串型。结果表明:XZP-300瓷绝缘子串覆冰闪络电压比XZP-210高,LXZP300玻璃绝缘子串覆冰闪络电压比LXZP-210高;间插布置绝缘子串和"V"型串绝缘子串冰凌桥接的速度变慢,饱和覆冰量大于常规悬垂串;重冰区线路可以采用考虑大吨位瓷绝缘子和玻璃绝缘子间插式的布置和"V"型绝缘子串相结合的方式,改善绝缘子串的防冰闪特性。 Selection of insulator type,number of insulator string and air space are the main basis of transmission line insulation coordination.According to the demand for transmission pilot project in severe icing area,this paper summarizes a large number of domestic and foreign research results and test data,compares icing flashover characteristics for a wide range of large-tonnage porcelain and glass insulators,and selects insulator model and string-type in severe icing area.The results show that:the icing flashover voltage of XZP-300 porcelain insulator string is higher than XZP-210 insulator string,the icing flashover voltage of LXZP300 glass insulator string is higher than LXZP-210 insulator string;the icing-bridge velocity of insulator string connected with alternately large and small diameter sheds or V-insulator string slows down,saturation of icing is higher than conventional icing hanging string.In order to improve the anti-flashover characteristics of icing insulator string,it can use the combination of V-insulator string and large-tonnage porcelain and glass insulators which are connected with alternately large and small diameter sheds in severe icing area.
