高压共轨柴油机轨压复合控制策略的研究 被引量:18

摘要 通过对高压共轨柴油机轨压控制的需求分析,设计了一种串级控制和开环控制自动切换的复合控制策略,串级控制的主控制器采用可变PID的控制方式,具备了柔性控制的特征。利用ETAS公司的ASCET软件平台开发实现了轨压控制策略,借助该公司的ES1000硬件、INTECRIO软件,在以飞思卡尔的MC33886为高压泵电磁阀主驱动芯片的自制驱动电路基础上进行了台架试验。研究结果表明:该轨压控制策略能够满足控制需求,轨压响应快速、准确,解决了轨压控制随发动机工况的变化而改变的柔性问题。 Analyzed requirements of rail pressure control of high pressure common rail diesel engine,a compound control strategy with auto-switching function between cascade control and open-loop control was designed.The variable PID control mode featuring flexible control was used by the cascade control main controller.The rail pressure control strategy was successfully realized by using ASCET software development tools of the ETAS company.The program control parameters were calibrated by engine bed test using ES1000 hardware,INTECRIO software of ETAS,and the driving circuit board self-made for high pressure pump solenoid valve based on Freescale MC33886.Results show that this control strategy can meet expected requirements,the rail pressure responses quickly and precisely,realizing the objective of flexible rail pressure control to follow engine operation conditions.
