摘要 采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-OES)法测量卤水中铷,对卤水中金属铷时的共存离子,包括锂、钠、钾、钙、镁、铯及酸度等的干扰做了试验,并根据试验结果对测定仪器进行条件实验,作出条件改进。根据卤水中各元素浓度关系设计处理方法,能够克服干扰离子影响,得到准确测量结果,方法 R值均不低于0.999,相对标准偏差小于5%,回收试验回收率在99%~103%之间。该方法具有重现性好,精密度高,准确性好,样品处理简单等优点。 Rubidium in bittern was determined by inductively coupled plasma-optic emission spectrometry(ICP-OES). In the [CP- OES determination of microamounts of rubidium in bittern, interferences of co-existing ions, including Li+, Na +, K+, Ca2+, Mg2+ and H+ were tested, and on the basis of the results obtained ,the analytical conditions for ICP-OES determination of rubidium given in lit- erature were modified. It was found that when definite amounts of the co-existing ions which were make sure very dose to the a- mounts present in the sample were added to the testing solutions in the preparation of standard curve of rubidium, their interferences were eliminated by compensation or other design. Thus, rubidium in bittern was determined directly without any pretreatment. The proposed method was applied to determine rubidium in testing known bittern samples, giving results in eonslstency with the known values. The relative standard deviations were less than 5% and the recoveries of most dements were in the range of 99% -103%. The method is reproducible, accurate, convenient, simple preparation and so on.
