牛皮凉席革抗菌处理及性能研究 被引量:14

摘要 针对牛皮凉席革在贮存,保存和使用过程中,细菌和霉菌易生长繁殖,从而导致对凉席革本身以及人体的伤害,本文提出了赋予成品凉席硬、软革抗霉菌性的新工艺方法。对于凉席硬革,采用了三层涂饰,底层采用常规的底层涂饰,中层使用纳米银和有机抗菌剂赋予其抗霉菌性,顶层使用硝化棉加强耐干湿擦性。对于凉席软革,采用了三层涂饰,底层主要目的为封底,中层同样加入纳米银和有机抗菌剂赋予其抗霉菌性,顶层采用硝化棉进行涂饰。对经过处理过的皮革进行抗霉菌测试以及相关涂层测试。结果表明经过处理后凉席革具有良好的抗霉菌性,且耐折牢度和耐干湿擦性没有受到明显负面影响。 Bovine hide sleeping mat leather was widely used because of its comfortableness and permeability, however, it is also susceptible to bacterium and fungus. In this article, a new finishing procedure was put forward to address this problem. For hard bovine hide sleeping mat leather, three coatings were adopted. Regular base coating was used, then silver nanoparticle and organic anti-microbial material were used to impart the leather of anti-microbial property, and finally, nitro-cotton was used for top coating. For soft bovine hide sleeping mat leather, bottom sealing coating was used, then, similar with hard leather, anti-microbial materials were used in the middle coating, and finally, nitro-cotton was applied in top coating. Anti-microbial ability and some physical property tests were conducted on the treated leather, the results suggest that the treated leather represents excellent anti-microbial property, meanwhile, the physical properties were not obviously influenced.
