目的研究蚓激酶的安全性。方法采用中国仓鼠肺(CHL)细胞染色体畸变试验检测蚓激酶的安全性。结果及结论蚓激酶不能诱发CHL细胞染色体畸变。

OBJECTIVE To study the safety of lumbrokinase.METHODS The CHL cells chromosome aberration test was used to investigate the security of lumbrokinase.RESULTS and CONCLUSION Lumbrokinase did not induce chromosome aberrations in CHL cells.
