芪归合剂中3种药材的鉴别及芍药苷的测定

Identification of three kinds of medicinal materials and determination of paeoniflorin in Qigui mixture

目的鉴别芪归合剂中的3种药材并测定有效成份芍药苷。方法采用薄层色谱法定性鉴别方中的黄芪、当归、西红花;采用HPLC法测定芪归合剂中芍药苷的含量。结果薄层鉴别方法专属性好;0.56～5.60μg芍药苷与峰面积的线性关系良好(r=0.9984),回收率为99.59%,RSD=1.06%(n=6)。结论所用定性、定量的检测方法可靠、准确,可作为芪归合剂的质量控制标准。

OBJECTIVE To establish the identification methods for three kinds of medicinal materials and the content determination method for paeoniflorin in Qigui mixture.METHODS Astragali Radix,Angelicae sinensis Radix and Croci stigma in Qigui mixture were identified by TLC.The content of paeoniflorin in Qigui mixture was determined by HPLC.RESULTS Astragali Radix,Angelicae sinensis Radix and Croci stigma could be identified by TLC.The paeoniflorin showed a good linear relationship at the range of 0.56-5.6 μg（r=0.9984）,and the average recovery was 99.59%,RSD=1.06%（n=6）.CONCLUSION These methods are accurate and can be used for the quality control of Qigui mixture.
