磁敏感加权成像对出血性弥漫性轴索损伤的诊断价值

摘要
弥漫性轴索损伤(diffuseaxonalin-jury,DAI)是在外力作用下颅脑加速度运动过程中造成的轴索和小血管损伤。DAI是一种严重的闭合性脑损伤,是引起死亡、严重残疾及植物状态的主要原因,尤其合并明显出血的患者预后更差。因此,明确有无出血灶、出血灶的量及部位对预测病情及预后有重要价值。
