髋臼前柱内固定临床解剖学研究进展 被引量：3

摘要 近年来，高能量损伤导致的髋臼骨折日益增多，手术治疗已成为移位髋臼骨折治疗的金标准。累及前柱的骨折包括前柱骨折、横断骨折、“T”形骨折、前柱伴后半横行骨折及双柱骨折等，其治疗方案主要包括经皮拉力螺钉技术和切开复位内固定。髂腹股沟入路和改良的Stoppa入路均可显露前柱，但不能直视对侧的关节面，
