摘要
分析了文化差异对跨国技术联盟内部知识转移的正负两方面影响;运用系统动力学的方法分析跨国技术联盟知识转移的因果关系;构建了系统动力学模型,使用Vensim PLE软件实现了系统仿真,并验证了文化差异对知识转移效果影响的灵敏性。结果表明,该模型能够较好地拟合实际中文化差异视角下的知识转移过程,能较好拟合文化差异对跨国组织知识转移量的倒"U"型影响,并能为相似的知识转移过程提供有效的决策支持。
This paper analyzes the both positive and negative effects about cultural differences on the knowledge transfer in Union cross-border technology transfer;Use system dynamics to analyze the cross-border transfer of knowledge and technology alliance causal relationship;Furthermore,a system dynamics model is established.Vensim PLE is used to simulate and test the validation and sensitivity of the model.The simulation results show that the model could fit the practical knowledge transfer process in cross-border technology alliances.The model could fit the effects of cultural differences on cross-border knowledge transfer,and provide valid supporting for decisions in similar knowledge transfer process.
