动态环境下的企业知识集成模型研究

Research on the model of enterprise knowledge integration in dynamic environment

知识集成有利于企业的知识创新,有利于提高企业的竞争优势,并形成企业的核心能力。因此,知识集成已经成为了知识管理研究领域的热点。已有的研究已经取得了一定的成果,但是已有研究过多地关注于知识集成的"显性知识与隐性知识的相互转化"、"本体构建"等方面,而忽视了对动态环境下的知识集成运行机理的深入探讨。基于此,本文在已有研究的基础上,分析了企业知识集成在动态环境下由"平稳态"到"激发态"再到"新的平稳态"而变化的特点,提出了动态环境下的企业知识集成模型(D-KIM)。该模型很好地揭示了在动态环境下企业知识集成状态由于受外部环境(包括宏观环境、中观环境和微观环境等)带来的"外部扰动"的影响而发生变化的规律。最后,通过构建系统动力学模型,对动态环境下的企业知识集成进行了进一步的分析。

Knowledge integration（KI）facilitates knowledge innovation of enterprise and helps improve the competitive advantage,and forms the core competence of enterprise.Therefore,knowledge integration has attracted the attention of many scholars,and has become a hot research area of knowledge management.The existing studies have gained some results,but they pays great attention to the research of the inner knowledge integration of enterprise,and lacks of an in-depth study of knowledge integration in dynamic competitive environment.Thus,this paper analyses the characteristics of KI in a dynamic competitive environment that the state varies from the ＂stationary state＂ to the ＂excited state＂ and from the ＂excited state＂ to the ＂new stationary state＂ based on the existing studies,and proposes a model of enterprise knowledge integration in dynamic competitive environment（D-KIM）.The model reveals the law that the state of enterprise knowledge integration will vary with the ＂external disturbance＂ in dynamic environment.Finally,the paper does further analysis for enterprise knowledge integration in dynamic environment by building a system dynamics model.
