当前就业市场存在着严重的大学毕业生就业失信问题。大学毕业生就业失信不仅使大学毕业生的形象大打折扣,而且也严重地干扰了正常的就业秩序,对用人单位和学校造成了一定的损害因此要提高大学毕业生诚信水平,一要将诚信教育、法制教育纳入大学生思想道德教育和入学、毕业教育中;二要加强就业与教学的良性互动;三要提高大学毕业生的就业竞争力;四要构建完备的大学毕业生就业信用体系;五要营造良好的大学毕业生诚信就业环境。

Job market is now facing a serious problem of graduates＇ integrity lost.Integrity lost has not only greatly destroyed the image of graduates,but also badly disturbed the normal order of employment,damaged the reputation of universities and the benefits of employment units.Ways to improve college students＇ level of integrity are as follows： 1.to incorporate integrity education with educations of legality,ideology as well as educations of orientation for freshmen and graduates;2.to strengthen the positive interaction between job market and teaching activities;3.to promote graduates＇ application competitiveness;4.to construct a complete credit system for graduates;5.to create a favorable environment for graduates to start their careers with integrity.
