Analysis of the Team Construction of College Student Cadres

高校学生干部是大学生群体中一支重要力量,其队伍建设在学生管理工作中起着决定性的作用。充分认识和发挥学生干部的作用,对营造优良校风、提高学生管理工作的实效性具有重要的现实意义。文章结合工作实际,以营造优良校风为中心,从树立学生干部的良好形象、打造学生干部团队、在队伍建设中避免出现问题三个方面探析了高校学生干部队伍的建设问题。

The team of college student cadres is an important force in universities, and its construction plays a critical role in student management. Fully understanding and developing of the role d student cadres have realistic significance to create an excellent school spirit and improve the efficiency of student management. Based on the practical work and the establishment of excellent school spirit, this paper mainly presents some suggestions on the team construction of college student cadres, which includes shaping a good image of the student cadre, building the student cadre team, and removing the misunderstanding in the team construction.
