文章对日本青少年足球后备人才培养的各种模式进行研究分析,归纳日本足球培养模式优势以及存在的问题,总结日本青少年足球培养的成功经验,为我国足球后备人才的培养和足球运动水平的提高提出相应的对策。

The various modes of Japanese youth football models are been analyzed in this paper,we research the advantages and the problems in the Japanese training model,and summarize the successful experiences of youth football training in Japan,and give some advices for the improvement of the Chinese youth football training.
