武术套路运动员赛前心理状态和比赛成绩的相关性研究

Research on Relationships between Wushu Athletes' Degrees of Mental Relaxation and Competition Results

采用小样本范式,使用多通道Spirit-8生物反馈治疗仪,取被试左脑的疲劳波、放松波、注意力波和兴奋波4个参数作为运动员心理状态的参考指标,探讨心理调控后四名武术套路运动员心理状态和比赛成绩的相关性。测试数据分析结果表明,武术套路运动员的心理状态与比赛成绩呈倒U型关系。这一结论为运动员调整比赛过程中的心理状态,使其能够稳定的发挥出应有的训练水平、取得良好的比赛成绩提供监控指标和参考依据。

Based on the small sample pattern of psychology research,using multiple channels spirit utf-8 biofeedback,it was trying to analyze such four parameters as left brain wave,relax tired from a wave,wave and impulses for the psychological state as indicators,to regulate the relevance between the psychological mentality and the result of the competition of 4 athletes.The test data analysis showed that it was a U type between the mentality and the result.This conclusion provided reference information for the adjustment of the process of mental state,which can play out of the training standards,good record of the monitoring indicators.
