基于AHP的学术论文质量评价方法研究

学术论文质量评价是科研管理中的一个重点和难点,目前对学术论文质量评价很大程度上都依赖于人们的主观判断,并没有一个统一的量化认识与判断.基于层次分析法与模糊数学理论的评价方法把论文质量的评判从定性分析转化为定量分析,用学术论文质量评价指标建立判断矩阵并进行一致性检验,最终计算出各指标的单层权重与合成权重值.实例表明该方法能够为决策者合理选稿、正当用稿与恰当评稿提供量化依据.

The quality evaluation of academic papers is a difficult and important problem in the research management.Nowadays,it largely depends on people＇s subjective judgment and has no unified quantitative understanding and judgment.In this paper,a evaluation method based on analytic hierarchy process（AHP） and fuzzy mathematics theory is proposed to change the paper quality evaluation from qualitative analysis into quantitative analysis.In this method,the evaluation indexes of academic paper will be used to set up a judgment matrix and test the consistency.Finally,the single weights and synthetic weights of all kinds of indexes will be caculated.The example shows that this method can provide quantitative basis for editor to evaluate,select and accept academic papers.
