小功率、宽输入、高带载能力开关电源的设计与制作

Design and Producing of Switch Power with Mini-watt,Wide-input and High Load Capacity

提出了一款小功率、宽输入(85-265VAC)、高带负载能力开关电源的设计方案.该电源以反激式DC/DC变换器为核心,采用了由美国PI公司开发的TOPSwitch-HX系列集成开关电源芯片TOP254YN,并利用电流PWM负反馈控制实现了宽输入电压、高稳压输出性能.文章阐述了该电源的方案设计以及+5 V/10 W样品的制作、调试过程.

This paper presents a design for switch power, with the characteristics of mini-watt, wide-input （85-265VAC） , and high load capacity. As the core of fly-back DC / DC converter, the power applies Chip TOP254YN, a type of TOPS- witch-HX series of integrated switch power developed by PI Company of U. S. , and realizes the performance of wide-input voltage and output capability of stable voltage by taking advantage of the current PWM negative feedback control. The de- sign of the power, the producing and debugging process of a ＋5 V/10 W power sample are also described in the paper.
