摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱法测定盐酸异丙嗪氯化铵糖浆中盐酸异丙嗪的含量。方法采用美国Agilent高效液相色谱仪,流动相:0.5%三乙醇胺溶液(用磷酸调节pH至3.1)-乙腈(65∶35),流速:1.0mL.min-1,检测波长:251nm。结果盐酸异丙嗪在10.44~62.64μg.mL-1范围内,线性关系良好,r=0.9999。回收率为99.2%。结论本法可准确测定盐酸异丙嗪氯化铵糖浆中盐酸异丙嗪的含量,适用于产品的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To establish a measure to determine the content of promethazine hydrochloride in promethazine hydrochloride salmiac syrup.METHODS US Agilent HPLC was used and 0.5%triethanolamine solution(pH adjusted to 2.5 with phosphoric acid) and acetonitrile(65∶35) was used as the mobile phase whose flow velocity was 1.0mL·min-1and test wavelength was 251nm.RESULTS The content of promethazine hydrochloride within the range of 10.44~62.64μg·mL-1shows a good linearity,r=0.9999 and its recovery was 99.2%.CONCLUSION This method can be used as a measure to determine the exact content of promethazine hydrochloride in promethazine hydrochloride salmiac syrup and as a control over product quality as well.
