On Simulation Model of Water Resources System in Eastern Zhejiang

摘要 针对浙东引水工程的实际情况和浙东地区水资源系统的特点,通过水资源模拟系统概划,建立了浙东水资源系统仿真模拟数学模型,并利用该模型对曹娥江的最低可引水水位进行方案比选,最终选取了既能满足设计引水水量、又对河网水位影响较小的最优方案,可以为今后类似引水工程的水资源配置、调度运行方案等提供技术参考. According to the present situation and characteristics of water resources system in eastern Zhejiang, a simulation mathematical model for water resources system is set up, including runoff simulation model, water allocation simulation model, hydrodynamic simulation model of river network. The model is applied to compare the scheme of Caoer River for minimum transferred water level from Caoer River to Ningbo, and an optimal scheme is finally selected, which not only meets the design flow but also has less influence on the water level of river network. This mathematical model can provide technical reference for the water allocation and dispatching operation schemes of the similar water transfer project in future.
