摘要
设计的主要突破点是打破了传统住宅小区平面布置及立面设计的千篇一律,因此在满足住宅功能性、舒适性、安全性和耐久性的同时,将住宅的各个立面尽量设计成简约、美观而又不失大气的风格.小区内的景观及绿化则采用几何体作为设计元素与整个建筑相协调,让人们感到一种独特、新意的设计手法.目的是让本小区应具有足够的力度以映衬周围的环境,有相应的结构融入并辐射周围的环境."阳光、空间、绿地"是本小区的居住理想,创造简约,回归自然的生活是本小区最终归宿.
The main breakthrough points of design for residential areas is to break the traditional sameness of plane and fa？ ade to meet the residential function, comfort, security and durability with all facades of the buildings simple, beautiful and atmospheric. The ideal living concept of ＂sunlight, open space and green land＂ is talked about for the ultimate aim of crea- ting simple life and returning to nature. The landscape and greening of the community is designed into geometric elements, being unique and innovative, coordinated with the buildings as well as the surrounding environment.
