高校民生档案资源分散,其形成主体具有多元性.高校民生档案的现实着力点集中体现于改善民生问题的档案收集、形成、归档管理、开发利用、信息服务.应注重高校传统的信息收集与组织,同时应大力发展网络环境下的高校民生档案信息组织,构建科学合理的高校民生档案信息资源的目录数据库和高校民生档案资源体系.

Serving people＇s livelihood has become one of the contents for archives management in colleges, whose resources are scattered with diversified subjects. The management of college livelihood archives should focus on the issue improve- ment of people＇s livelihood, such as archives collection, files formation, filing management, archives exploitation and infor- mation service in order to achieve the full collection, complete content and accurate dates of diversified archives. It is im- portant to highlight traditional information collection and organization in colleges, at the same time, to develop its informa- tion organization greatly in internet environments, by constructing scientific and reasonable resources dates and systems of college livelihood archives.
