4株淡水鱼致病菌对常用渔用药物的药物敏感性研究 被引量:7

摘要 研究了 10种渔用药物对 3株淡水鱼致病菌的抗菌活性 ,测定了 9种渔用药物对 4株淡水鱼致病菌的最低抑菌浓度 (MIC)和最低杀菌浓度 (MBC)。结果显示 ,不同药物药效差别很大 ,不同菌株对同一药物的敏感性也不尽相同。作者还测定了在不同细菌浓度、有机质含量条件下几种渔用药物的MIC和 MBC,认为水环境因子对药效产生较大影响。在研究的基础上 ,作者提出了使用渔用药物应注意的重要问题。 The antibacterial activity of 10 kinds of drugs used in aquiculture to the baterial pathogens of freshfishes was studied .The minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC )and the minimal bacteriocidal concentration (MBC) of the drugs used in aquiculture against baterial pathogens of the freshfishes were determined. The results showed that the effectiveness of the drugs were different and the susceptibility of different baterial pathogens towards the same drugs was different too. The influence of the baterial pathogens density and peptone concentration on the effectiveness of the drugs were determined .The results showed that the environmental facters could affect the effectiveness of the drugs too. On the basis of the results,the questions of the first importance on use of the drugs were put forward.
