摘要
采用低水化热的32.5MPa矿渣水泥,掺适量粉煤灰与缓凝高效减水剂配制混凝土,可有效地降低大体积混凝土内部的温升。通过采用Midas Civil软件模拟计算温度场,可提前预测混凝土内部最大温升和发生的时间,同时,结合现场温控巡检仪的监测记录,有利于施工单位及时采取措施,防止温升过高导致混凝土开裂。
In this paper, the concrete was prepared with 32.5MPa slag cement of low hydration heat,a suitable fly ash and high range retarding-water reducing agent, which could reduce effectively temperature rise in mass concrete.Temperature field was simulated with software of Midas Civil,so as to forecast the most temperature rise and its time occurred in mass concrete.At the same time, according to the monitoring results by temperature monitor instruments in practice,it was helpful to take measures in time for construction department and avoid concrete cracked by temperature rise so high.
