摘要 溶菌酶是一种具有天然活性,安全无毒的生物酶,可专一作用于微生物的细胞壁,从而广泛应用于食品防腐,医疗制品,机体免疫等方面,导致了市场对溶菌酶的需求逐年在增大。因此溶菌酶的生产分离受到越来越多的关注和学者的研究。本文将溶菌酶生产工艺中下游的出现的各个分离方法进行了综述,列举了各个方法近年来的进展,并对未来溶菌酶的分离纯化进行了展望。 Lysozyme was a biological enzyme of native active,safe and non-toxic,which was widely used in food preservation,medical production,body immune,etc,and required by market for a large amount year by year.More and more attentions as well as researches by scholar were conferring to production and separation of lysozyme.Variable methods appeared in downstream of lysozyme production process along with many recent developments about these means and suggestions of the application prospect of lysozyme separation in the future were reviewed.
