摘要
研究用高效液相色谱法C18柱,同时测定α-萘酚和β-萘酚,流动相为甲醇∶水(含1%乙酸)=55∶45(体积比),检测波长280 nm,检测灵敏度0.05 AuFs,α-萘酚和β-萘酚的保留时间分别为7.71 min和6.58 min,标准偏差分别为0.081和0.12,回收率为100.01%~100.41%和98.69%~99.28%。该方法简单、快速、灵敏。
Detecting α-naphthol and β-naphthol in water simultaneously with HPLC was studied.The conditions were that analytical columu was C18,the flowing phase of methyl hydrate drate: water(1%ethanoic acid)was 55:45(V/V),and detective wave was 280 nm.The detective delicacy was 0.05 AuFs,the retention time of nathol and nathol were 7.71 min and 6.58 min,and recovery rate were 100.01%~100.41% and 98.69%~99.28%,respectly.
