摘要
通过RBI分析,给出高压聚乙烯装置在用的压力容器和压力管道的潜在失效机理和风险等级;针对其潜在的失效机理和失效风险的大小给出适宜的检验方法、提出科学合理的检验周期,由此建立基于风险的检验策略,指导设备检验、降低风险,合理调配和使用检验资源。
Potential failure mechanisms and risk level of the pressure vessels and pipeline in use at high pressure polyethylene unit were analyzed by RBI.Aiming at the potential failure mechanisms and the failure risk level,this paper provided appropriate inspection method,gave scientific and rational inspection period,established inspection strategy based on risk,and then guided the inspection on equipments,reduced the risk,allocated and used reasonably the inspection resources.
