摘要
大型活动发射平台采用框架结构,使用预紧螺栓连接各框架。总结了螺栓最小预紧力和最大预紧力的计算方法,提出采用ANSYS的装配技术和接触算法对螺栓预紧连接进行仿真,利用降温法模拟螺栓预紧力的方法。通过计算一系列螺栓预紧力,得到螺栓预紧力与两连接板轴向间距δ的关系曲线。此分析方法为复杂结构中螺栓连接的简化计算提供了参考,为大型活动发射平台连接螺栓预紧力的确定提供了依据。
The large mobile launching platforms adopt frame structure with the frames connected by preload bolts.This article summarizes the method for calculating the minimum and the maximum pre-tightening force of the bolt,simulates the pre-tightening force of the bolt-joint with assembled technology and contacted arithmetic,puts forward the method of simulating pre-tightening force of bolts with temperature-decrease method.Through calculating a series of pre-tightening force of bolts,the relation curves of the pre-tightening force of bolts and the axial spacing of connect plates is received.The analysis of pre-tightening force of bolts supplies the reference of bolt-joint simplified calculation for complex structure,confirms pre-tightening force of bolts for the large mobile launching platforms.
