This paper establishes the evaluation criteria system of terminal guidance for a surface to air missile.Then,the application of the analytic hierarchy process（AHP） and Fuzzy Synthetic Evaluation（FSE） are introduced in details,and finally,the terminal guidance performance of certain surface to air missile is evaluated.
