摘要
实习生酒店实习满意度的高低不仅体现了实习教学质量的高低,而且还能从一定程度上反映酒店管理水平的高低。文章通过对通化师范学院工商管理系旅游管理专业2006,2007,2008三届学生的调查分析,得出了在所有影响学生实习满意度的因素中学生最满意的是"人际关系",最不满意的是"工作报酬",不同级别酒店、不同部门、不同实习时间长短的学生实习满意度有显著差异的结论。
The satisfaction level of internship in the hotel reflects not only the level of teaching quality, but also reflects the level of hotel management to some extent. This paper surveyed the students of Grade 2006, 2007 and 2008 in the Department of Tourism Management of Tonghua Normal University, according to the analysis., the most satisfied factor is "interpersonal relationships", and the most dissatisfied factor is "remuneration for work". In addition, the hotel at different levels, different departments and different internship time also influence the satisfaction level of student internship.
