摘要
物质流指标及其分析方法,为循环经济发展研究提供了一种新颖而简捷的思维方式和研究手段。利用软锰矿浆进行烟气脱硫,并副产电解锰、高纯碳酸锰及尾渣综合利用生产水泥辅料的工艺体系,是一条新的软锰矿烟气脱硫资源化利用的循环工艺路线,符合循环经济"3R"原则。通过对电解锰工艺系统主工序及高硫煤燃烧和水泥生产等工序进行全方面分析,对生产过程的物质流动和能量流动情况进行研究,并将新的生产模式与传统方式进行对比,体现该体系的减量化、再利用和再循环特性。
Materials flow analysis (MFA) has provided a new and simple way to study the development of circular economy. It is a new process that using pyrolusite slurry for FGD producing manganese, high-purified manganese carbonates and slag used for cement production as byproducts, furthermore, it also consistents with the principle of "3R". Electrolytic manganese production process, high-sulfur coal combustion process and cement production process are studied in the research. Materials flows of these processes are studied. The new production patterns are compared with the traditional ones basing on MFA. The results show that these processes are more environent-friendly and resource-saving in the comparison.
