华蟾素注射液联合TP方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Cinobufacini Injection Combined with TP Regimen for Advanced Non-small-cell Lung Cancer

目的:观察华蟾素注射液联合TP方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效。方法:将74例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为观察组(36例)和对照组(38例),所有患者均接受TP方案(紫杉醇注射液135mg.m-2,ivgtt,d1+顺铂注射液75mg.m-2,ivgtt,d2)全身化疗,21d为1个周期,共4～6个周期,观察组化疗同时联合华蟾素注射液20mL.d-1,d1～14;评价患者治疗后的疗效、生存质量及不良反应。结果:观察组与对照组近期有效率分别为55.6%和36.8%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生存质量优于对照组(P<0.05);2组主要不良反应均为胃肠道毒性和血液学毒性,观察组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组中位生存期为10个月,对照组为8个月,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:华蟾素注射液联合TP方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌疗效较好,可以改善患者生存质量,降低不良反应。

OBJECTIVE：To observe the clinical efficacy of Cinobufacini injection combined with TP regimen for advanced non-small-cell lung cancer（NSCLC）and the tolerance of patients.METHODS：74 cases of advanced non-small-cell lung cancer were randomly divided into observation group（36 cases）and control group（38 cases）.All of them received TP regimen（Paclitaxel injection 135 mg·m-2 ivgtt,d1,combined with cisplatin 75 mg·m-2 ivgtt,d2）as well as systemic chemotherapy.The treatment duration was divided into 4 to 6 periods,which lasted for 21 days per period.Observation group received chemotherapy and was treated with Cinobufacini injection 20 mL·d-1,d1～14 at the same time.The therapeutic efficacy,quality of life,and adverse toxic reaction were evaluated.RESULTS：The response rates of 2 groups were 55.6% and 36.8%,respectively.There was statistical significance in the difference of recent therapeutic efficacy between 2 groups（P0.05）.The quality of life had a significant difference between 2 groups（P0.05）.The major adverse drug reactions were gastrointestinal reactions and hematological toxicity,and those of observation group had a lower rate than the control group（P0.05）.And the median survival time of observation group was 10 months while the control group＇s was 8 months.The difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.CONCLUSIONS：Cinobufacini injections combined with TP scheme has a good therapeutic efficacy of NSCLC,and it can improve the patient＇s quality of life and reduce any toxic reaction.
