浆料配比和打浆 对生物快检低定量吸液滤纸性能的影响 被引量:3

Effects of Fiber Composition and Beating Process on Low Weight Liquid Absorbent Filter Paper Used as Organism Fast Inspection Test Paper

摘要 通过改变浆料纤维的配比,研究不同打浆度下吸液滤纸性能的变化,以期获得高质量的生物快检试纸用的低定量吸液滤纸。结果表明:在相同打浆度下,100%棉浆吸液滤纸的平均孔径最小,其最大孔径和平均孔径比较接近;配加针叶木丝光浆后平均孔径提高,配加20%针叶木丝光浆吸液滤纸在打浆度22~26°SR时可获得较均匀的孔径分布。100%棉浆吸液滤纸在200g·m-2定量下难以满足生物快检试纸的要求,配加20%~25%丝光浆并控制19~20°SR的打浆度可满足低定量吸液滤纸吸液性580~590g·m-2和厚度0.4mm的要求。 In order to obtain high quality and low weight liquid absorbent filter paper, different pulp fiber composition at different beating degree was used. Results showed that the mean pore size of filter paper made from 100% cotton pulp is smaller than that of filter paper made from mixed pulp at the same beating degree, and its mean pore size is near to its maximum pore size. After the addition of softwood mercerized pulp, the mean pore size of filter paper is increased, and the pore size of filter paper is well-distributed when the addition of mercerized pulp is 20%, and the beating degree is 22-26°SR. It is difficult for filter paper of 200g.m-2 made from 100% cotton pulp to meet the requirements of organism fast inspection test paper, but when the amount of mercerized pulp is 20%- 25% and the beating degree of pulp is controlled at 19-20° SR, the absorbing capacity of formed filter paper reaches 580~ 590 g.m 2 and its thickness is 0.4 mm, which can meet the requirements of low weight liquid absorbent filter paper.
