在企业生产活动过程中,质量管理贯穿企业供应、生产、销售运营的各个环节,是企业长远发展的保证。本文介绍广西南宁凤凰纸业有限公司在实施ISO9001质量管理体系标准的过程中,充分发挥企业资源规划(ERP)的作用,提高生产效率,强化公司管理水平,保证质量管理体系的高效运行的做法和经验。
The quality management, runing through the whole operation link of enterprise supply, production, sales, is guarantee of the long development of the enterprise. ＂Ihis paper discussed the implementation of the ISO 9001 quality management system standard process in the Nanning Phoenix Paper Co., Ltd. It was developed action adequately on the ERP function, improved the production efficiency, strengthened the company＇s management level, that ensured the quality management system of high efficiency operation practice and experience.
