毛细管气相色谱法测定1H-1,2,4-三唑

Analysis of 1H-1,2,4-Triazole by Capillary GC

采用毛细管气相色谱法,使用HP–INNOWAX毛细管柱和FID检测器,对试样进行分离和定量分析。结果表明,1H-1,2,4-三唑的线性相关系数为1.0000,变异系数为0.42%,平均回收率为100.10%。

The quantitative analytical method for 1H-1,2,4-triazole by GC using HP -INNOWAX capillary column and FID was described. The results showed that the linear correlation coefficient was 1.000 0, the coefficient of variation was 0.42%, and the average recovery was 100.10%.
