摘要 感染是维持性血液透析患者常见的并发症,也是其死亡的主要原因之一,我科采用连续静脉-静脉血液滤过救治一例导管相关性感染患者,本文对其诊治经过及体会进行报道。 Infection, one of the common complications that maintenance hemodialysis patients often have, is one of main factors leading to patients＇ death. By continuous venovenuos hemofiltration, we cured a patient who suffered hemodialysis catheter - related infection. The process of diagnosis and treatment and our experience were reported as follows.
