稳心颗粒治疗慢性肺源性心脏病合并频发室性期前收缩的临床疗效观察

Clinical Study of Wenxin Granule in Treating Chronic Cor Pulmonale Complicated by Premature Ventricular Contractions

目的观察稳心颗粒治疗慢性肺源性心脏病(肺心病)合并频发室性期前收缩的临床疗效及不良反应。方法将130例肺心病合并室性期前收缩患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组65例,均给予常规综合治疗,治疗组加用稳心颗粒,1包/次,3次/d,温开水冲服,4周为1个疗程。结果治疗后治疗组室性期前收缩次数明显下降,心悸、胸闷、气短等临床症状均较对照组好转,且差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01),治疗组临床疗效及心电图的疗效分别为92.3%(60/65)、93.8%(61/65),对照组分别为76.9%(50/65)、75.4%(49/65),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组服药期间未发现与稳心颗粒相关的不良反应。结论稳心颗粒治疗肺心病合并室性期前收缩具有疗效显著、安全可靠、见效快、无不良反应等诸多优点,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the efficacy and adverse reaction of wenxin granule in the treatment of chronic cor pulmonale combined with premature ventricular contractions （PVC）. Methods 130 cases of cor pulmonale with PVC were ran- domly divided into two groups： therapy group and control group both receiving the routine comprehensive treatment. Besidesthat, the therapy group was administrated additional wenxin granule, each time a packet, 3 times a day, warm boiled water, 4 weeks for a course of treatment. Results After treatment, the PVC times had an obvious decrease in the therapy group and pal- pitations, chest tightness, shortness of breath and other symptoms all had a better improvement than those in the controls, andthe differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Effective rates of clinical treatment and ECG treatment were 92. 3% （60/65）, 93.8% （61/65） in the therapy group, and they were 76. 9% （50/65） and 75.4% （49/65） respectively in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05）. No adverse reactions related to wenxin granule was foundin the therapy group while taking wenxin granule. Conclusion Wenxin granule has a significant effect on cor pulmonale compli- cated by PVC, safe, reliable, quick, no adverse reactions, and so on, and is worthy of clinical application.
