摘要
目的探讨养老机构护理人员分层培训的可行性。方法以锦州市为例,采用分层随机抽样方法,抽取17所养老机构的76名护理人员,发放自行设计的培训调查问卷。结果对养老机构护理人员护龄、持证情况进行分层,不同护龄护理人员及有证与无证护理人员的培训需求差异有统计学意义(χ2值分别为23.141和14.697,均P<0.01);根据养老机构性质进行分层,以长期照顾为主和以疾病护理为主的养老机构护理人员的培训需求差异有统计学意义(χ2=10.047,P<0.05)。结论对锦州市养老机构按照护理人员护龄、持证情况、养老机构性质进行分层培训是可行的。
Objective To investigate the feasibility on the stratified training of nursing staffs in homes. Methods U- sing stratified sampling, a total of 76 nursing staffs from 17 homes in Jinzhou city were randomly investigated by self- designed questionnaire. Results With the stratification on service year and the job qualification condition, there were statistical signifi-cant differences between nursing staffs' training requirement ( X^2 = 23. 141, 14. 697, P 〈 0. 01 ) ; With the stratification on char- acteristic of homes, there was statistical differences between nursing staff s' training requirement (P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Stratified training of nursing staffs on service year, the job qualification condition and characteristic of homes is feasible.
