浅谈大型预焙铝电解槽阳极效应管理

摘要 阐述了铝电解槽阳极效应发生的机理和对电解生产的影响,介绍了阳极效应管理的重点工作和某厂350 kA铝电解系列降低阳极效应系数的生产实践及取得的效益。 The generation mechanism of anode effect of aluminum reduction cell and its effects on electrolytic production were presented, the priority work of anode effect management, and the production practice and the obtained benefits of using 350 kA aluminum pot line to reduce the anode effect factor in a plant were introduced in this paper.
