妊娠期高血压疾病惟一治愈方式即终止妊娠。文章从孕周、母体并发症和胎儿情况等方面,讨论妊娠期高血压疾病终止妊娠的指征。在近足月的轻度子痫前期和妊娠期高血压患者,宫颈和胎儿条件允许时,可以通过引产终止妊娠。

The only way to cure pregnancy-induced hypertension is the termination of the pregnancy. Our study combines an analysis of the available litera- ture,including the gestational weeks, severe maternal complication and fetal evaluation, which can propose the criteria for therapeutic interruption of pregnancy- induced hypertension. In case of non-severe preeclampsia and gestational hypertension beyond the 37 （ th ） week of amenorrhea, interruption of the preg- nancy by labor induction would be considered, depending on fetal and cervical status.
