摘要
本文研究掺Er3+光纤系统中的光学双稳和多稳,定性分析了双稳态的形成机理.通过理论衍生公式对系统特性进行拟合,在改变相干场的拉比频率和耦合方式的情况下,对系统的双稳与多稳能进行有效的控制.
The optical bistability and multistability in Er3+-doped fiber is studied,and the mechanism of optical bistability and multistability qualitatively is analysed.The system specification of Er3+-doped fiber is measured and fitted by a formula derived form the qualitative explanation.By changing the rabbi frequency and coupling of the coherent field,the bistability and multistability of the system can be controlled effectively.
