摘要
建构性教师评价强调评价者与评价对象的心理共建,评价双方在协商中达成共识,这能为评价对象提供及时的反馈意见,有利于后者的反思和专业素养的提高,对教师专业的发展具有很大的促进作用。但建构性教师评价也存在不利于教师专业发展的属性,要充分发挥它的优势,就应该加强评价中的制度、人员和技术方面的支持条件。
The constructive evaluation of faculty emphasizes the evaluators and evaluatees' psychological co-construction.Both parties in the evaluation can reach a consensus by negotiations,which can provide timely feedbacks for the evaluatees on their career development.However,the constructive evaluation is not all conducive to the professional development of teachers.To maximize its advantages,we should improve the implementing environment such as institutional setup,personnel resource and technical support.
