The paper initially discover the dynamic regulation for Gutta and drug contents in Eucommia raw leaves by repeatedly sampling,test and numerical analysis.It dedicates that different time of leaf collection different quality of Gutta and drug and the best time of leaf collection:leaves for drug is August,leaves for glue is October to the second ten days of November.
